Registration includes access to all congress sessions, the trade exhibition, breaks with tea and coffee, lunches, a delegate pack, and the welcome cocktail. Pre-congress workshops, accommodation, travel, transport, and SASOP membership are not included.

  • Discounted registration fees are available only to SASOP members who have been fully paid up for the preceding 24 months and may be utilised only once per two-year cycle.
  • Those who have utilised the discount in 2025 for the SASOP Congress, will not be eligible for discount

Registration Fee Summary

Payment Method

Please use your surname as a reference when submitting payment. The banking details will be supplied once you have submitted your registration. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing to kim@londocor.co.za. Cancellations received by 26 September 2026, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received from 27 September 2026, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. All refunds will be processed after the conference, subject to approval by the Organising Committee, which reserves the right to decline refund requests.
